About Invisible Car Bras

Invisible Car Bras was started because the owner has a collectible 1968 Chevrolet Corvette. After a 5 year restoration including an expensive respray the Vette was driven to several shows interstate and collected its first stonechips.

Looking for a way to stop the damage to the paint I investigated the traditional methods of protection. I was not happy with the idea of the vinyl car bra and an acrylic stone deflector was not made to suit the Vette. I have seen a large flywire screen on a removable frame on the front of another show car but it was out of the question for my Vette.

As part of my hobby I went to the USA in 2003 and saw exactly what I wanted on another Corvette. After much research I found there was no one in Australia who could protect my precious baby. Oh well, I thought, I will just have to do it myself.

I also was looking for a new job as I had been in my industry for 15 years at that point and wanted a change. The next thought in my head was let’s combine the two and start a business. After completing a certificate 4 in small business, Invisible Car Bras was born.

Invisible Car Bras is a mobile business located in the south east of Melbourne, Victoria, and we service the Melbourne metropolitan area. Regional areas can be be serviced by arrangement.
